Choose the appropriate business activity, licence type and company structure, and select the required facility based on your operational and visa requirements.
Submit the proposed company names, application form, passport copies, photographs and other required documents to UAQFTZ for review and approval.
Once the application is approved, sign the incorporation documents and pay the applicable registration, licence and facility fees.
UAQFTZ issues the trade licence once the documentation and payment requirements are completed. The company can then proceed with residency visas, Emirates ID and other post-licensing requirements, if applicable.
